FTC Trouble - What does it mean?
“FTC Trouble” = Failure To Communicate.
This means your alarm panel attempted to report an event (such as an alarm, test signal, or status update) to the monitoring center or Ethernet module but was unable to do so.
If this was caused by a temporary outage, the message will often clear automatically after the next successful test signal (this can take up to 24 hours).
You can also try clearing the fault manually by pressing the two [+] buttons on the keypad, then arming and disarming the alarm system.
If the trouble message remains, please reset your router/modem.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, we can book a technician to investigate further.
