Who is responsible for calling Intelligent Home installers to attend site during the construction of my new home?

Responsibility for scheduling Intelligent Home installers depends on how your works are contracted.

If Intelligent Home Is Included in Your Building Contract

If the Intelligent Home scope of work is included as part of your building contract, your builder is responsible for coordinating and scheduling our installers at the appropriate stages of construction.

If You Are Engaging Intelligent Home Directly

If you are paying Intelligent Home directly for your works (separate to your building contract), you will generally be responsible for arranging site call-ups at the required stages.

This includes ensuring the home is ready for installation (e.g. pre-wire, fit off, etc.), unless a prior written arrangement has been made with your builder confirming they will manage scheduling on your behalf.
