FTTP Troubleshooting

You can check the UNI-D1 light on your NBN connection device. If this is flashing orange, you are connected to the correct port. If it is not, please try another port.

Once your modem is connected, the DSL/WAN, internet and phone lights should be illuminated on the interface. You can now plug your home telephone into the port labelled PHONE on the back of the modem (not the wall port).
