Can I use my phone point for my modem?

The phone port that is run from the NBN/garage connection points is a Cat6 data cable, so you can use this point to connect your internet as well. If you have your phone point in 1 room and internet point in another, it gives you some flexibility to move your modem around to find an optimal position.
