Intelligent Home Support Center

What happens if my alarm goes off?

If your alarm goes off whilst you are away from home, you will be notified in two ways:

During set up of the alarm monitoring, you will be asked to fill out a form outlining 3 contacts (keyholders) for the monitoring centre to call if the alarm goes off. You will also need to provide a voice code used for the authentication of the caller. Integrated Monitoring will call all of the account keyholders twice in an effort to make contact.

As a standard, if Integrated Monitoring is unable to contact the owner, they will log the calls and send these to Intelligent Home to contact you. This is completely customisable to each client, and these are called Client Specific Actions.

An example of this would be; if the alarm goes off, you may request that the monitoring centre call the keyholders first and then a security guard if they are unable to make contact.
