What are security guard callouts?

Integrated Monitoring are also partnered with a guard company called Southern Cross Security who can be utilised in the event of an alarm trigger. Guard call outs incur a general charge depending on location and can incur further charges if the guard stays on site for longer than the first 20 minutes.

If the guard gets to site and finds someone on site, they will not engage directly but will contact the Police and observe.
