Sonos: I have been logged out of my Sonos app, what are my login details?

If you have been logged out of your Sonos app and cannot remember your login details, the next steps depend on how your system was originally set up.

If Intelligent Home Created Your Sonos Account

If Intelligent Home set up your Sonos account during installation, we securely store account documentation for our clients.

Please contact our office on 08 6363 8744, and our Service Department will assist you with retrieving your account details.

If You Created the Account Yourself

If you created your own Sonos account, you can reset your password directly through the Sonos app by selecting:

“Forgot Password” on the login screen and following the prompts.
