My intercom is no longer working, what do I do?

If your Dahua intercom has disappeared from the DMSS mobile app and you have an internal monitor:

  • You can retrieve the serial number through the Settings → General menu on the intercom.

  • Alternatively, contact Intelligent Home – Perth for assistance with your serial number and password.
