My cameras are no longer showing on my mobile phone

You may experience this if you have recently updated your Mobile App to DMSS. At our Handover appointments, we usually provide you with the Walkthrough Guide which has the CCTV Details on – if you do not have this information, the Serial number for the recorder is on the bottom and we may have also included the password next to it.
