My cameras are no longer showing on my mobile phone

This can occur if you have recently updated your mobile app to DMSS.

At your Handover appointment, you should have received a Walkthrough Guide containing your CCTV details. If you don’t have this:

  • The serial number for your recorder can be found on the bottom of the device.

  • The password may also be included next to the serial number.
