No TV Channels? How to locate and check that your VDU has power

If you have a smart wiring panel installed at your property, you will find the video distribution unit installed at the top right of the panel connected to black aerial cables. This unit has a red LED light at the top right, which shows if the unit is receiving power or not. Please make sure that the power plug is connected to a power source.

If you do not have a smart wiring panel, you may find the video distribution unit installed above the manhole connected to a GPO. Please ensure the power is plugged in correctly and the red LED is on.
