My Fibaro app is not working, what do I do?
The Fibaro app is reliant on a working internet connection and that your Fibaro home centre has a connection to your network and internet. Make sure you have a working internet connection.
Check that the Fibaro home centre has a working internet connection. The network and internet connection lights on the front of your home centre should be lit up to show they are connected.
Try power cycling both your homes modem/router and the Fibaro home centre, turn off the power to these devices give them a couple of seconds and then turn them back on. It can take a few minutes for these devices to reconnect.
If all of these things appear to be connected and you are still having difficulty with connecting your app. Call the Intelligent Home office and we will be happy to help resolve this issue with you.
