Whay aren't my lights working?
It is best to give the Intelligent Home office a call to help resolve this issue. However, here are a few steps you can take to help troubleshoot the issue.
- Check the light breakers in your meter box/subboard. You may have an electrical fault that has tripped one of these breakers.
- Have a look at the c-bus board, do the C-bus units have the unit and C-bus LEDs on? These are located on the unit's left and are usually green or orange for ON.
- Are the C-bus switches flashing at you when you try and turn a light on?
